Crescent Moon Pose
(Anjaneyasana)

From a low lunge, drop your back knee to the ground and sink into the earth like tuberose roots drawing from deep, rich soil. Sweep your arms overhead in a graceful crescent arc, your fingertips reaching toward the mysterious moon above. Feel your spine curve like a sensual ribbon through midnight air, your heart opening to the intoxicating magic that only emerges when darkness falls, embodying tuberose's nocturnal sensuality and seductive mystery.
