Peace & Remembrance

Poppies whisper of peace found through remembrance, their delicate petals honoring what has passed while embracing what remains. These gentle flowers teach us that healing comes through honoring our experiences, that peace is possible after any loss, and that memory itself can be a form of love.

(Corpse Pose)

Lie flat on your back with your arms by your sides and palms facing up like delicate petals fallen to rest. Let your legs fall slightly open with your feet naturally turned out, then close your eyes and allow your body to completely surrender to the earth beneath you. Breathe naturally and let each exhale release you deeper into peaceful stillness, feeling yourself melting into the ground like fallen poppy petals returning to the soil, carrying with them the memory of their brief, beautiful bloom.
