Stand with your feet wide and your toes turned out, then bend your knees and lower into a squat while keeping your spine straight. Raise your arms overhead or place your hands on your hips, feeling your inner strength and protective energy radiating outward like golden light from your core. As you breathe in this powerful stance, imagine yourself as a sacred guardian, your thighs burning with the fire of devotion that forges unshakeable inner strength.

1. Stand tall, feet hip-width apart, knees soft, arms relaxed.

2. Begin to gently bounce through the knees, letting the spine ripple like a flame.

3. Let the arms shake loosely, wrists and fingers free like petals in a gust of wind.

4. Breathe naturally, letting the movement grow more expressive with each repetition.

5. Repeat for 20 breaths, letting the body release tension and awaken creative flow.
