From standing, extend your arms forward and lift your right leg behind you, creating a straight line from your fingertips to your toes. Hold with grace and strength, feeling yourself as a sacred arrow of light, perfectly balanced between earth and sky. Your body becomes a living bridge between the physical and the divine, channeling pure grace through every fiber of your being, just like the lily that rises untouched and elegant from muddy waters.

Lotus Rises from the Water

(He Hua Chu Shui)

Lily Emergence (Repeat 7x)

​

1. Begin seated or standing, spine tall, hands resting gently in your lap or at your sides.

2. Inhale as you slowly lift both hands from below, palms cupped like drawing water from a sacred spring.

3. As the hands rise, let the fingers gently open, unfurling like petals of a lily breaking the surface.

4. Exhale as the hands float outward and downward in a soft arc releasing what no longer serves.

5. Pause briefly, hands resting at the heart or belly, feeling the spaciousness within.

6. Repeat 7 times, letting each cycle feel like a quiet rebirth.
