Legs Up the Wall

Lie on your back near a wall and extend your legs up the wall, resting your arms by your sides with palms facing up. Close your eyes and breathe deeply, letting all tension melt away as you surrender to lavender's gentle embrace. Feel this healing pose invite your nervous system to soften and restore, like lavender fields swaying in a summer breeze, washing away the day's worries with each slow, rhythmic breath.

Qi

Washing the Heart (Xi Xin)

Lavender Heart-Washing (Repeat 9x)

​

1. Begin seated or standing, spine tall, hands resting lightly at the heart center.

2. Inhale as you sweep your hands outward in a soft arc, palms facing away like releasing tension into the air.

3. Exhale as you draw the hands back in, palms facing inward gathering peace and clarity.

4. Pause briefly, letting the hands hover at the heart, fingers barely touching.

5. Repeat 9 times, letting each breath feel like a gentle rinse of the emotional body.
