Yoga
Happy Baby Pose
(Ananda Balasana)

Lie on your back and draw your knees gently to your chest, then reach up to grab the outer edges of your feet with your hands. Let your knees fall wide, creating space for your heart to open with innocent joy, and gently rock side to side like a baby discovering their own feet for the first time. Let a soft, genuine smile bloom on your face as you return to pure wonder and the sweet innocence of seeing everything with fresh eyes, just like a daisy radiating simple, untainted delight.

Benefits: Relieves lower back tension, improves hip mobility, reduces stress, cultivates wonder and innocence

Gathering Dew (Cai Lu)
Practice: Daisy Dew (Repeat 6x)

1. Begin in a soft stance, feet together or slightly apart, arms relaxed.
2. Inhale as you slowly lift your arms outward and upward, palms facing the sky like gathering morning dew from petals.
3. Pause briefly, feeling the freshness of the moment, the innocence of breath.
4. Exhale as you draw the hands inward toward the heart, palms cupped offering the dew to your center.
5. Lower the hands gently, letting them rest at the belly or solar plexus.
6. Repeat 6 times, letting each cycle feel like a gentle invitation to begin again.
