Star Pose (Utthita Tadasana)

Stand tall with your feet wide apart and extend your arms out to your sides at shoulder height. Spread your fingers wide like rays of light reaching toward the infinite, and gaze upward as you breathe deeply. Feel your body become a living mandala of harmony and order, discovering the perfect symmetry that connects you to the vast cosmos above. Like the cosmos flower that blooms in organized spirals, let your body find its natural equilibrium in this celestial pose.
