Easy Pose with Heart Opening (Sukhasana)
 

Settle into a comfortable cross-legged position with your hands resting gently on your knees. On each inhale, slowly lift your chest and gently arch your back, opening your heart like morning dew glistening on tender petals. Continue this gentle rhythm of opening and closing, embodying Begonia's wisdom of thriving with grace and quiet confidence.

Opening the Chest (Kai Xin Gong)

Practice: Begonia Heart Opening
(repeat 20x)

​

1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees soft, spine upright.

2. Begin with hands at heart center, palms facing each other, fingers relaxed.

3. Inhale as you slowly open the arms outward to the sides like opening a window to let light in.

4. Exhale as you bring the hands gently back to center, gathering warmth.

5. Repeat this opening and closing 20 times, letting the breath guide the rhythm.
