Bring your hands together in prayer position at your heart, feeling the devotion flowing through this sacred gesture. Breathe deeply as you embody the camellia's unwavering commitment to graceful perfection, rooted like a beautiful flower in perfect, nourishing earth.

1. Stand tall, feet together or slightly apart, spine long, chin gently tucked.
2. Begin with hands in front of your chest, palms facing each other as if cradling a round moon.
3. Inhale as you slowly lift the hands upward, keeping the shape like offering a perfect bloom to the sky.
4. Exhale as you lower the hands back to heart level, maintaining the roundness and grace.
5. Repeat this offering 20 times, letting each breath polish the movement like a petal in moonlight.
